RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS


Once you have received and inspected your item, if you find that it is not the product you ordered or needed, you may return the product to FSO COMRESORES. Please review the return policy below; However, if you have any questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to call and speak with one of our customer service representatives.

Returns due to our error

If an item needs to be returned due to an error on our part, please complete and email us the Return Request Form or call us at (607) 671-5448. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with the return shipping address, freight account, and RMA number. If you want to exchange the product, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase.

Damaged or defective parts

If an item is damaged during transportation, make sure the delivery person notes the damage on the bill of lading. After inspecting the items, if any items need to be replaced, please submit a Return Request Form or call us at ( 607 ) 671-5448 . _ If the packaging appears intact but the product inside is damaged, please make sure and let us know immediately. If possible, take a photo of the damage and include it with the Return Request form or email us at info@fsocompressors.com.

We will send you replacement parts as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. If the situation cannot be remedied with a complete replacement or spare parts, we will cover the return freight costs and you will be credited the full amount of the original purchase. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with the return shipping address, freight bill, and RMA number so you can return damaged or defective parts.

Other returns and cancellations

Product returns, if allowed, must be requested within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in salable condition. Product returns may be denied or subject to restocking fees and other charges by FSO COMPRESSORS after inspection. A return materials authorization (RMA) number and instructions on return shipping will be provided. Returns will not be accepted without a return material authorization number.

Custom or special orders are sold on a "final sale" basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

Item exchanges for in-stock merchandise will be accepted with no restocking fees. A credit will be created for the item, less shipping and handling charges, and a charge will be created for the new item. Restocking fees of up to 25% may be charged on regularly stocked items if there is no exchange. Special order/out of stock items will be evaluated and are subject to restocking fees equal to the manufacturer's restocking fees if not a Final Sale.

Note: Compressor lubricants, custom parts/equipment/filters, and some OEM parts are a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions about whether a part or piece of equipment is returnable, please contact us. If you are having issues with capital equipment, please contact us, it may be covered under warranty and our customer service representatives will help you file a warranty claim.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you reject an order, you will be subject to our standard return policy.

To return an item:

1) Send an email to info@fsocompressores.com or call ( 607 ) 671-5448 . _ We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, a return shipping address, and a restocking fee percentage, if applicable. (All returns must include the RMA number, returns that are not properly marked with an RMA number may be delayed in processing. All returned products must be in their original condition.)

2) Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address we have provided. (It is important that you save the tracking number in case there is any problem during transit.)

3) Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or credit the credit card used for the original purchase.

If you have a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it immediately. Credits are usually issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
