Terms of Service

All our products have a guarantee and to apply it you must keep the following conditions in mind:

  1. We provide a guarantee for products sold under normal operating conditions, that is: the conditions of the equipment must be the same as those certified at the time of delivery; changed parts, elements not installed, fluids and liquids in the equipment that do not correspond, will automatically be justification to reject a warranty request.
  2. The warranty for the products sold begins from the date of issuance of the invoice and/or contract, whichever is issued first, with expiration stipulated in the quote, pro-forma or invoice delivered.
  3. In the case of a warranty request for equipment such as compressors, dryers, storage tanks, tools or parts, the review is carried out at our main service headquarters in Bucaramanga. In the event that the customer requests to carry out the warranty review outside of our main service headquarters in Bucaramanga, the technician's travel costs will be assumed by the customer.
  4. The guarantee on repairs is 90 calendar days for work performed, as long as the instructions provided, the use of spare parts and recommended liquids, maintenance and operation standards provided by the manufacturer are taken into account. No guarantees are assumed when the oil level is low, when the filters are saturated with impurities, due to the use of contaminated fuels, when people other than our technicians have carried out interventions on the equipment without prior authorization, when the voltage is unstable. Under no circumstances will a warranty be given on electrical parts and spare parts.
  5. If any difference to the reported standard recommendations is identified during the warranty analysis, the warranty will be rejected.
  6. No guarantees are given for broken parts.
  7. In services such as engineering projects, semi-annual or annual maintenance plans, manufacturing and special assembly, all direct guarantees will be agreed upon from the beginning of the contract and if the constitution of additional guarantees is required, they will be agreed during the negotiation.
  8. The warranty request begins by informing the news through the sales executive who assisted you and filing your formal request to the email address fluidservicios@hotmail.com , with the subject: Warranty request
  9. “Client name” and a brief description of your case in the body of the message. You will soon receive a response regarding the request and the service department will directly coordinate the receipt of the request at our facilities to study the request.
